THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER.. NO ONE HERE KNOWS THERE JOB AT ALL.. ASK THE OFFICE STAFF SOMETHING THEY NEVER HAVE A DAM ANSWER.. BUT, THEY ALWAYS SAY YOUR SUPPOSE TO HAVE EXPERIENCE DEPENDING ON WHAT JOB YOUR APPLYING FOR.. WE'LL WERE'S THERE EXPERIENCE FOR THESE DUMB ASS PEOPLE THEY HAVE WORKING HERE IN THE OFFICE AT MADRONA POINTE.. SMALL KID'S ARE SMARTER THAN THESE STUPID DUMB ASS WOMAN THEY HAVE WORKING HERE..ESPECIALLY THE PROPERTY MANAGER AND THE ASSISTANT MANAGER.. THIS PLACE ALWAYS HAVE THE COPS HERE.. THE GROUNDS ARE NASTY.. THERE IS DOG ---- EVERY WERE.. YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO WATCH WERE YOUR WALKING.. THE PARKING IS TERRIBLE.. SO IF ANYONE IS THINKING ABOUT MOVING HERE'' THINK TWICE BE FOR YOU DO..

Ok. I am currently living here with my boyfriend. We have had no problems. Granted we have never had to call the office for work being done. Yes Parking isnt the best, but its really not unsafe. Maybe you are paranoid? I have lived in Tacoma my whole life and I feel safer in this apartment complex then others I have been in. Security walks around hte parking lot all night (Trust me if its after 10pm we get told to make our parties shut up)

Exactly that's your problem !!! You haven't been anywhere else besides Tacoma. Plus you must like living in homes that have damages and look disgusting. Open your eyes!!! Tacoma is the ghetto and so is Madrona Point !!! If you haven't noticed yet...the police is there all the time. Alone this year I have seen the Police over at Madrona 5 times and they actually arrested people each time. And apart from that, the fire department was there 2 times. One time some kids have set the dog park on fire !!! As for me...as soon as my husband is done with the Military we are moving back to Europe.

I agree that it is not a safe place for anyone! I lived there for 16 months, and I could not wait until my lease was up so I could get out of dodge! My girls were afraid to walk to the bus by themselves! There IS dog poop everywhere! If anything needed to be fixed, the management blamed US for cheap closet doors that kept falling off almost knocking my kids in the head several times.PLUS there were MICE that lived in the walls you could hear them scurring around at night! OMG! IT was a nightmare! My dog would scratch at the walls all the time trying to catch them! DO NOT move there!It is awful! oh! AND the police WERE there REGULARLY and things were stolen out of cars parked there even when the security guards were supposedly on duty! The coffee stand at the entrance used to get robbed too!

If you think this is the safest place that you ever lived in, I hate to see the other places you lived at. Gun shots, drunk people yelling, auto theft, apartment break-ins, kids setting fire to the dog park and you feel safe? The police have been here more times in the past year then any other places I lived. Cars getting broken into and someone even had their car shot up while on the property. Had a drug dealer living before me and when I told the office about all the traffic going in and out and that I knew he was selling drugs. Their response was "how do you know he's selling drugs?" Anytime someone comes by, park, go down to the back door and that leaves all within 2 minutes,they're buying and selling drugs. They never evicted him. He was arrested and deported back to Canada for being in the country illegally.
