I've read all the bad reviews and it amazes me what some people have written. I absolutely love this apartment complex and have never had any problems. The cabana is wonderful, it's so nice to have a tanning salon and area to work out. The washer/dryer's are key, its so nice to have them in my apartment. And there is a car wash. Its so easy and convenient to go wash my car. Any time I have a problem, maintenance responds so quickly. People have written such bad things about it here and I have not experienced any of it. I guess some people just have a bad outlook on life in general. I have lived at some crappy places and this is definitely not a bad place to be. I think its horrible that a few grumpy people were unhappy here so they have to write about it. Obviously the place isnt that bad or people wouldnt still be living here. You work for this sadist company don't you... This place is horrible. NEVER RENT HERE, DON'T EVEN DRIVE PAST THIS PLACE!! It's by far and away the worst apartment complex in the entire world. They will suck every last dollar out of you, and its run by nazis. It's horrible, I can't even put it into works.

Actually gave yourselves a five eh? Pretty cocky considering you don't even live here. You live nice an pretty on your 10 bucks an hour living in some other ------ complex, living to hassle and steal from your tenants. I plan on making sure that no one makes the mistake of living here without knowing what they're getting in to. A few tests and some litigation and I'm sure it could be shut down permanently, with all tenants displaced on the complexes penny.

This place is great if you want to go dumpster diving and steal someones i.d. because the dumpster is always full forcing you to put you garbage on the side. The coffee stand was supposed to be a guard shack when we moved in but it never was. They only shoveled the snow and ice and not the residents walkways. They make up fake work orders and claim that you asked them to come in when you confront them. People hang out in the parking lot at all hours of the night partying. They used to not allow Rotts and Pit Bulls but I see people with all the time walking around. Dogs barking at all hours of the night while tied up on the patio. Don't even think about renting here. This place is a real ghetto, a real life "GOOD TIMES". THe parking sucks and why pay to park because others will just take your spot. No cabinet space in the kitchen. THey replaced our garbage disposal AFTER 6 months of me complaining and threatening to sue them and when they did, they didn't cut the drain hole for the dishwasher. MY cabinet unde the sink got flooded when the dishwasher drained. Talking to Jaime is like talking to a hot air ballon. THey also removed te washer and dryer from the laundry roms without telling anyone and then promised to replace them. That was a year ago and still nothing. Only place worse then Madrona Pointe is Westside Estates and thats only because no one was murdered here........yet
