These apartments are horrible. I have never gotten the "professional, and friendly" service that they boast. Trying to get maintence is like chasing ghosts; and when they do come the job is shabby and unfinished. Office staff is never helpful, and have their own snid rudness towards tenants. Our appliances were out of date and worked about as good as they looked.. crappy. We had mice, which never properly addressed, and having two kids under 2; just shows how caring they really are. Don't let these money launders take your hard earned cash.
