This place is all crap. The office staff likes to screw people. Don't let them take your cash. The only good reviews are from the lazy, greedy f***s that work in this s**thole. I'd rather stick my scrotum in a rat trap, then to live theren again. Madrona Pointe is a horrible place to let your kids live, unless you want them to become prostitues, and crackheads. The managment are abunch of stuck up s**tbags. Especially that goofy ass pimpfaced gaint b***h. Don't here... ever

This place is horrible. It used to be that the upper level was quiet and clean and the lower level was noisy and trashy but now the whole complex is a dump. Can't wait to move out

YES THIS PLACE IS SOMETHING ELSE. MY NEPHEW COULD RUN THIS PLACE BETTER THAN THESE ------- THEY GOT RUNNING THIS COMPLEX. GOT DOG ---- ALL OVER THA DAM PLACE, THEY LET THA TRASH PILE UP & DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE PARKING, NEVER NO DAM WERE TO PARK & THEY GOT THE DAM NERVE TO TELL YOU OH GET A CAR PORT. BUT, IF SOMEONE PARKS IN YOUR CAR PORT, THEY GOT THE ----IN NERVE TO SAY OH THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO. JUST PARK YOUR CAR OVER BY THE OLD LAUNDRY ROOM & IF YOU FEEL UNSAFE CALL SECURITY. NOW IF THAT AIN'T SOME -------- I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS. THIS PLACE IS A MESS. THEN THEY SAY THAT THERE CAN'T BE NO PITBULL'S I SEE PITBULL'S ON THIS PROPERTY ALL THE DAM TIME. YOU TELL THEM STUPID -------, ESPECIALLY THAT ASST. MANAGER CINDY, THAT DUMBASS LOOKS @ YOU LIKE OH WE'LL.. IT WON'T BE OH WE'LL IF SOMEONE IS BITTEN.. PINNACLE WILL HAVE TO PAY SOMEONES MEDICAL BILLS. THERE ARE NO LIGHTS ON THIS DAM PROPERTY. THEN THERE'S THE MAINTAINCE WERE DID THEY FIND THEM?? THE DUMP. THEY DON'T KNOW THERE JOB EITHER.. SO MY ADVICE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU MOVE TO THIS DUMP.... SERIOUSLY.. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THERE TENANTS JSUT WORRIED ABOUT GETTING YOUR MONEY.. NOT WORRIED ABOUT YOU NOR YOUR FAMILY'S SAFETY..
