Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
Lived here for 2008-09. Maintenance never fixed a damn thing. The cabinets under the kitchen sink molded over completely because the faucet leaked. There was mold in my bath room ceiling. SO maintenance came in and put a huge hole in the ceiling about 4 months ago, and NEVER came back. They left all the parts to fix it in my apartment. I would never reccomment any one living here. Too many horror stories.
