We lived at Madrona Point for 5 years. Those were the worst years of our lives. They don't like to fix anything. ANd if they do, they just get it from another apartment for it to break again 4 months later. I needed something fixed and they told me that the guy that is responsible for to fix it was on vacation. I asked about the guys painting the curbs and was told that they couldn't fix it. Shootings going on down in the "Ghetto", the lower level of the complex. They keep rasing the rent but not doing anything to justify it. THey allow large dogs that bark constantly and keep everyone up. WHen you complain, they say that the dog owner pays extra rent for the dog. Well, the extra rent doesn't help me when the dog is barking at 1am and I need to get up at 4:30am. The parking lot is VERY dark at night and security is hardly ever around. About 10 cars were broken into recently. Other cars were stole from the lot while security was on duty!!!!! THe trash dumpster is always full and over-flowing. They took out the laundry room and promised that they would put the machines back.
THey then made up a fake work-order for my apartment and came in WITHOUT promission. They said that my girlfriend gave them promission to come in. I asked them to discribe her, they said she had black hair. My girlfriend has blonde hair. HAd to threaten to sue them just to get them to fix my dishwasher and bathroom fan. They change leasing agents every 3-6 months. So, if someone promised something, get it in writing because they might not be there in a month. Had a one manager write me a nasty letter on the companys' letterhead because I complained about one of the leasing agents.
During a good hot summer day, the place smells like the dump it's next to. Speaking of dump, Madrona Pointe is built on a landfill. You can see methane tubes everywhere. eople don't clean up they dog leavings. They office girls won't do anything about it when you complain. They love to put notices on your just before they close so you can't do anything about it until the next day. They leave the notices open so everyone can see them. The parking sucks and the lot is very tight. Forget reserved parking because people park in your spot and the office won't do anything about
The coffee stand was supposed to be a gaurd shack with fencing, that's why we moed in. Turns out that it was never going to be a shack at all. And of course, the agent that told us that left a week after we moved in.
Stay away from this place and don't look back. They'll suck you in and drain you. They promise the world to get you in and once you're here, they treat you like crap. And all the reviews here talking about how great this place is were written by the office staff, not tenants. I wish we never moved here.

I've lived here for 3 years and never had any issues. Once a work order took a little longer them normal, but that was b/c they needed to order something.
