I only lived at the Mark Twains for a short time but in that short time I witnessed many things. First, and most important is that a dead body was found in the trash can just outside my apt. Second, the repairs were not done in a timely fashion. When I leaft half the things weren't even done yet. And but not least, there were raids most every day. I would never live there ever again.
