my b/f and I only lived there for maybe two months or so and let me tell you it was the worst 2 months of my life. not even a few weeks into our lease some punk kid pulls the fire alarm. maintnence didnt bother shutting it off right away and it took about an hour until they finally did! Then i had been confronted by some #*&$! accusing me of turnin her in because her kid apparently keyed some lady's car and she thought it was me, i had punks bangin on my door at night and running off for about a half hour at a time everynight almost, there were kids that i caught throwin rocks at my bedroom window, they stole ALL of our screens including the sliding glass door one, if you get home past 4 or 5 in the afternoon you better forget about finding a parking spot ANYWHERE in that complex, the garbage was always all over, and to top all of that off, our place was broken into. let me remind you this was all in a two month time frame. we have a pretty good idea who it was but do you think they were gonna do anything about it' hell no! needless to say i was forced to break the lease because i didnt feel safe and i couldnt take my chances of anything worse happeneing. breaking the lease is a whole nother story but they really stuck it to us when we did. i called them on a couple things they tried charging us including the screens that they said they replaced and they told me they would take it off. then 4 months later i get a call from their property mngmt. saying i owe them the full amount and that they didnt take it off so i was pretty much f*cked. if i could i would stand in their office and tell everyone how horrible that place is. so i warn you not to move there. it is a complete dump. there is sooooo much more i could say about what happened there and what its like but i figure you get the jist of it with what i've already said.
