The property is filfthy and the management is disorganized and breaks more fair housing laws than should be allowed. I was so dumb, I could have afforded a much better place but I was in a rush. Listen, this place reminds me of a bad 70's horror movie and there is a weird guy on the third floor of my building who thinks I am watching his TV in the crawl space. The manager directly is spacey and lacks a conciousness outside of her thinking box and as a result doesn't care about resident issues that are clearly stated in the lease. Parking isn't too bad of an issue and the maintenance staff is good. It's not their fault this place is worse than a pair of old dirty shoes. And what is up with the assistant manager' Is this the land of misfit management' She spits when she talks to you! Also, the residents here are not the brightest and I think a lot of them are section 8.

You really should look up the defenition of Fair Housing.

You should really look up how to spell definition. Irony at it's best. I think the Attorney General might be able to shed some light on proper recourse for all tenants.
