After I moved in I found this site and the reviews scared me. I thought, "Oh my god, what did we do'" We have not witnessed or had any of the problems that are being complained about. The maintanence team has been in our place a few times and didn't leave till it was fixed to our likings. They were very nice and worked well. The parking spots are not fun to park in. I swear I'm trying to park my car between lines that were made for motorcycles. It's very, very narrow!

Yes, the trash becomes a bit overflowed at times, but I've seen people just sit it on the ground instead of putting some elbow grease into throwing it into the bin. There's no one to blame but the residents. They will keep throwing trash into a full bin instead of walking 15 steps to the next one which is about empty.

I have a dog and I admit that I don't pick up the poop everytime she goes, BUT...I do get out there and pick up ALL the poop whether it's from my dog or not. It's a bit easier to grab once it hardens up.

I wish the playgrounds were in better condition. I couldn't even look at them and call them a playground, so my 17m old son doesn't play on them. It's horrible. The mail is delivered here way too late in the day and sometimes we have to wait till the next day to pick up boxes in the office because the mailman is there close to 5pm.

We have no problems with noise at all. All of our neighbors are very quiet. The management hasn't given us any hard times and are always friendly. I wish the work out room was open after hours though. We are enjoying our time here, but we are moving in July due to a military move. Now that I've lived here it's hard to believe how bad this place use to be. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

Ccome on ,pick up your dogs's crap when it goes !! Don't leave it for us other dog owners to pick up ,step in,or get blamed for .Is your dog a pit bull by chance ? The weight limit for dogs is 30 lbs ,yet the place is full of pit bulls that the tenants did not pay a pet deposit for .And they craqp large piles !!!! Pet owners ,do us all a favor and be responsible .Do you know they can change the pet policy and we would have to move or part with our pets ? Get your ---- together and pick up after your damn dogs !!!
