Where do I begin' The office people were very nice and helpful moving in, however it was a whole another story after we moved in. I would consistently get notices on my door because they kept screwing up my billing when I really did not owe. Then the real fun began when we started having problems with the kids. They would try and break into our apt., they would hit our door and run, they swore at us, were always loud and they messed with our cars. The people around us were also very loud slamming doors, doing laundry/dishes at 11pm, dog s constantly barking and just plain rude and this is all at 11pm to 2 in the morning. The security there was awful too. You could never get a hold of anyone and when you did they did not do anything helpful really. I called the cops once and all they did was drive by, never stopping; however they have been there many other times. The trash there is just horrible. People are very messy and do not care about their area. The maintance is about the only people that really worked and tried to keep up. Of course I talked to the apt. staff (which changed daily it seemed) many, many times and they did nothing to fix any issues we had at all. The only good thing is the pool/exercise area, but you can only use that when they are open which is business hours only. I understand to a point, but most people work those hours so never got to use it. Also the parking is very limited and very narrow to even fit in a spot in some places. We finally moved out after our lease was up because I did not feel safe at all. Most of these reviews for this apt place are correct in saying do not live here it is awful.

Been the same for years, so they have no intention of improving anything. The entire point is to get you to move in, then make your life miserable so you break your lease and move out meaning they get to collect all your deposit and "damages", which by the way, they fabricate damages big time so you owe a huge amount when you move out. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT AND THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CREDIT AND ABILITY TO FIND A NEW PLACE BY LIEING THEIR ASSES OFF. Been saying it for years, sorry to see they are still the same -------s they were when I lived there. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!

i lived there in 2005 to 2006. and it was the worse apartment experience. it makes me scared to move into another apartment complex, but i hope its not like this everywhere my family and i move. MONTERRA is the WORST
