I lived at Monterra for a whole year a year of hell!! Nearly had a nervous break down because it was so noisey and the staff didn't care or do anything about the issues. My daughter was a few months when my neighbors moved upstairs she would have her heavy set daughter jump up and down and scare my baby from 10-2 in the morning and talked to the office staff and especially Sabrina she was so rude and unprofessional never gave them notices and they broke into my husband's car when he left to Iraq and they still didn't let me out of my lease I was horrified living there that is the truth!! Finally my lease was up and the new manager tried to help but we had already purchased a house because my husband came home for R&R and couldn't not believe how long I had tolerated this sitution when my baby woke up sreaming when the lady's kids were running up and down the hallway at 2am!! So am not being mean but save yourself the hell you will go thru if you rent from them!!! And the price is ourragous!! And you pay for a carport and other people will park there!!!

I cannot believe they are still like they were when I lived there!!! That was three years ago!!! Shootings, break ins, stolen cars, unbearable neighbors, prostitutes working right in the complex, drug dealers everywhere that the never evicted because they always paid their rent, no matter that they were doing drug deals 24-7! SHAME ON MONTERRA!!! You are the worst place I ever lived in!!!

Yes they haven't changed it's sad to say they had said they had cleaned up all the violence and stuff and get this they posted notes on everyone's door saying they were having breakin's so close your windows if you have flat screens or nice computers the nerve of them!!!

i lived there about three years ago.. and it was the WORSSSTTTTTTTTT ever. it was my first place with my husband (boyfriend at the time) and our son who was 2 years old back than. we broke our lease because it was horrible. thank god my parents helped us in breaking our lease because they thought it was terrible!!! they are very rude the staff. and they just let anyone live there it is so ghetto and people are screaming and talking all loud late at night till 2 am. Monterra is the worst place to live!
