I have been here since Nov. of 98, and I have had a few run ins with the tenants here, but nothing major, it's quite common with community living. The manager is wonderful, she definately goes out of her way for everyone, and would do just about anything for you...

She has encountered quite a few disgruntled tenants that were breaking the rules and had to be asked to move, that later came back to cause problems, but considering that the apartments are a part of the Crime Free Multi Housing Program, the police were quick to respond and take control of the situation at hand..

The manager has weeded out a great deal of the bad, considering how it was when she first came here, this place has made a complete 180. I would refer, and infact, have refferred people to this community.

Everyone has their own opinion, my suggestion would be to stop by, look around, and ask the residents that CURRENTLY live here what they think of the property and overall rating of the manager.
