Narrows Ridge is a great place to live! I lived here for 4 years and liked every minute of it.
The manager, Alice, is the best! She knows everyone's name in the whole place and makes an effort to get to know you.
She truly cares about the residents.
Parking is great, lots of visitor spaces and while there have been a few break ins, things seems to be better now that it is part of the Crime Free/Drug Free housing plan.
There are great BBQ's in the summer, and has a family feel to it also.
The yards are always kept nice, and the grass is always green.
The only reason i had to move is the major league rent increase.
Almost 600 bucks for a 1 bdrm.
But, if you can afford it, it's worth it! Also, maintenance is finally someone you can rely on, we had several that were not great, but the latest is great!
