I use to enjoy living here, however in the past year the complex has been going downhill quickly. In addition the rent increases which use to range in the 4% range have increased to 10-11%. The place isn't worth it. Many tenants have moved out only to be replaced with some undesirable elements. The amount of young children has increased dramatically and so has the noise level. The management allows dogs and there is dog crap all over the grounds, it's disgusting. I couldn't recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Be careful if you are thinking about living here, it's easier to rent somewhere else then to move in and find out you don't like it.
