You mean to tell me they get rid of the gal that has been there for years and replace her with some Schmuck from Mexico, and they dont even run a background check on her?? She moved from Mark Twain Apts. for Christ's sake!!! That doesnt say much about her!!!
Unbelievable what the Management Company will do now days to save a buck...
Spinaker...Right, how many times do they plan on changing the name to cover up their trails..

I left after Alice left and the place went to CRAP AND they raised the rent to over 700 bucks! Ridiculous amount of money for what LITTLE is there. The ONLY reason I lived there for SIX YEARS is because of Alice. The place sucks now.

wow i'm changing my mind I'm not moving here anymore. I wouldn't want to rent with someone with a nasty attitude, PHD or not. Where is the professionalism or respect for who you work for? Thanks but no thanks.
