Four floors of apartments with all apartments opening into interior hallways. Three elevators, four stairwells, central fire alarm system.
Swimming pool, Rec Room, secure building, built 1978, electric heat, laundry rooms, each with two washers and two dryers, centrally located on each floor, 91 apartments.
Each apartment has stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, full bath, deck or patio, and wall-to-wall carpeting. Units available in 1 bedroom, 1 bath; 2 bedroom, 1 bath; 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Third and fourth floor units have wood burning fireplaces, fourth floor units have high ceilings.
On-site manager and assistant manager.
