A once nice building allowed to disintegrate

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
This property had been in a down spiral the last two years. Price still good but no maintenance or upkeep. Filthy inside and out, broken things not fixed or just bandaid fixes. Still good enough to rescue but will take much money and work to do. No one seems to be interested in spending the money. Park52 WAS management company, Windermere is now taking over. Hope that helps.
