I would never recommend that anyone live here. I've had nothing but trouble with mold in my apartment. I'm having to clean it at least once a week off of my walls, and I'm not talking a speck of mold, but an entire closet wall covered. The first floor apartments' outer walls are concrete so condensation gathers and becomes moldy. Also the plumbing is awful... I had a big bubble of water on my ceiling right under the bath tub and it took management a month to do anything about it, and only after the bubble had started to leak!
