When I received my orders to Washington State, I spent a lot of time looking for a decent place to live. I made phone calls, spoke to past residents, and inquired from within the community. Since I moved in, I have found ORCHARD CREST to be one of the most awesome places I ever lived. The rent is good, maintenance staff is very knowledgable, and the attitude of the manager and assistant manager extremely responsive. I have lived in many apartment complexes in the past 17 years while in the Marine Corps and find ORCHARD CREST to be the best yet.
