After reading some of these reviews I just had to comment. I have NEVER had a problem with the management or the maintenance. I am sure there are two sides to the story. Every time I have come in to talk to the office, they have been very receptive and the problems are taken care of. Maybe some people are asking for things that can't be done or are unreasonable... after all we live in an apartment and not in a house all by ourselves. Most of the people living here are very easy to get along with and if there is a problem I just knock on the door and talk to them. I have never had to call the police or even security. People just need to learn to get along.
