Really bad bug problem
I have an infestation of ANTS
Its REALLY BAD .. i havent even been able to sleep there for 3 nights waiting for the exterminator to come
Also SPIDERS! I have several bites..
Landlord is really nice, but not good at returning calls.
Windows are single pane, people are really rude when driving through with loud music bumping all throug the night... it doesnt help that there is another huge apartment building behind Orchard Crest. You have to enter Orchard Crest to get to it.
Other then that I really live living there. If the bug problem is fixed, I am definitly willing to deal with the noise outside. I am a prettty hard sleeper. I have never had a reason to feel unsafe, being a young woman, other then a couple hoots and hollers.
The place was really clean when I first moved in. Definitely Move in ready.
Fire Place is great.
