Bad neighborhood, bad view, bad management, bad smell

Years at this apartment: 1995 - 1997
Mgmt lied that there was security.
The view is of the Tacoma Dump which stinks during the winter. "officials" occassionally come into the apt to take "gas readings."
Why did I move' I woke up one morning to find a "Housing Assistance Packet" on my door with a handwritten note that said "All tenants MUST fill this out or rent will increase." Mgmt got visibly angry and my rent DID increase shortly thereafter.
Didn't get any of my deposit back because of a mysterious "trash haul out" charge that equalled my deposit. That apartment was empty and clean when I left. I wouldn't live there again if you paid me. Did I mention that my car got broken into twice'
