A slum for the price of a palace. I have lived here for almost a year and nothing has EVER been properly repaired. Plumbing leaks are ignored just like everything else--at least until the ceilings cave in. NOTHING is kept up--the parking lots and stairwells are often full of garbage and leaves. The pool was GREEN and did not open until mid-summer and the hours were cut back drastically--the pool isn't even open every day. The apartments are moldy due to unrepaired plumbing leaks and there are huge RATS running around in the parking lot and in the bushes in broad daylight. The garbage compactor is overflowing every single day. Most tenants are moving as soon as their lease is up--myself included.
