Looks nice at first glance, but the place is falling apart, and it is not a safe place to live.

It's a rat hole! They don't collect the garbage regularly and when you go to the dumpsters, there are rats in them. Also, they're thieves. DO NOT pay your rent with a money order. They steal money orders and tell you that they didn't receive your rent, then you'll have to come up with rent again because they won't wait until the money order company reimburses you. Then, they start adding penalties onto what you owe if you can't immediately pay rent again. It's all a scam to get more money from you. And the apartments inside are in disrepair and they won't do anything about it, no matter how many times you tell them.
