I have been working here for almost a year now. what people don't understand is that the place was built in the 60's. any building that is over 40 will have at least a few maintenance issues. I do what I can, and I really try to do good by the residents. we have had bad luck with managers recently, but I know that they were good people, and It is a hard job to uphold peoples quality of living. I sincerely am trying to do a good job, but understand that it is hard being the only maintenance person, trying to get apartments ready on time, having work orders and pool. I am really trying to get this place suitable for the tenants and future residents, and I need just a little backing from everyone to help me out. this could be a really nice place to live!
