I currently live here and while the manager can be a little curt I would rather have her than some of the other horror I have heard. The parking situation is not good at all (spaces are too small). Also the washing machines are more expensive than they need to be, you can pay less at the laundromat for a larger machine. The grounds are kept manicured but I don't understand why the rent keeps jumping up every year at such large intrevals. I am currently looking to move because I would like a fireplace, w/d hook up in unit and another bedroom.
