I lived there for 6 months. Luckily that was the shortest lease we did sign. We moved in while I was expecting our first child. We didn't know how bad the neighborhood was. After the baby was born, I was so scared to even come out of the apt. Donna, the manager was so rude when I called her up to tell her my next door neighbors at all sides were doing drugs and selling them. The cops came done, numerous times when guns were fired. Our neighbors were constantly playing their loud music and were involved in fights outside the front of our building. The kids of the neighborhood would hang out in the middle of the road and would stand in your way so your couldn't get through. Luckily, my husband is a very large man, so nobody really messed with us. However, friends of ours were harassed, other people who lived in the apartments were harassed, and god forbid you had a nice vehicle it would end up being scratched or being broken into. Right before we left, another company bought the property and painted all the buildings and kicked out a lot of the trash. I don't know if I would trust it now, I know the area and it isn't safe. Go from others experience, unless you consider this apartment neighborhood your kind of place.
