Getting worse as the days go by

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
 
I really enjoyed the first year I lived here. The property manager did such a great job, she got a promotion and since she left,it has gone downhill. The entire staff has changed so many times since (I think 4 times). The quality of renters have declined also. In the past few months, the parking has become absolutly HORRIBLE!!! People have 3-4 cars per unit. We are leaving when our lease is up in Oct.
