Watch out they will stick you with paying sewer and water.... The carport lights never work been asking them to replace for a year now. They are still out. The Staff they have working here now, it like pulling teeth to get them to get something done, and right I might add. We have a upstairs washer that leaks on your head, water coming down though the ceiling. Been trying to get out of this place for a year. They need to get someone here that know what they are doing. I just have one question: how can they charge you with water and sewer, if they have one meter that runs into a place'... Im not going be charge for a family of five usage of water if Im the only one that use my shower. Think about it. Getting out as soon as I can.
