Staff is friendly and do what they can to make me feel important & cared for.

Place looks great and is quiet.

Management responds to problems promptly, and have ways they have to resolve problems.

People will be inconsiderate, but it's not their fault.

I realize that we live in an apartment & that comes with the good and the bad; but there is more good here than bad.
