I can hear the intimate moments of the people upstairs, the walls are paper thin.

My storage door has been broke since i moved here a year ago.

i was promised the door replacement was ordered when i moved in.

here i am a year later, still broken.

my washer leaks water, the master bedroom window leaks water, several light fixtures have been broken due to pounding when the new carpet was being installed upstairs (thats sad), my dishwasher is older than i am (i was promised a new one).

The maintenence guy is an idiot, he couldnt even change the light bulb in my oven, and i am serious about that.

there was a management change about half way through my lease, and i made complaints to them about the same problems twice and nothing has been addressed even though they promised to do better than the last people.

when i first looking at these apartments to move in, i saw one of these poor ratings and i didnt listen.

so you can see how better off i would be if i had listened.

please take my rating in to consideration.

the management here is more concerned with the outside appeal of the apartments than taking care of residents.

they always write notices about up keep on the apt grounds and making sure everyone is parking in the right spot.

the assistant manager is a teenie bopper right out of high school so that says enough.

when you come here, it looks ok on the outside because of their constant memos about up keep but once you live here for a while they no longer care about you.
