All down hill and I think we've come close to hitting bottom here.

Alright when we first moved in to this place back in September of 2004 the manager was helpful and friendly. We signed a rental agreement for 9 months. After the agreement ended we signed again for a year and have regretted it ever since.

Shortly after we moved in the company (Dobler Management) hired a new manager who promptly ignored her job. She doesnt pick up the random trash left all over the property...which is part of her job, we asked... She is NEVER around. Try getting a receipt for your rent and you'll get so frustrated you could scream. 1 month after we re-signed to stay on for another year she threw away 4 loads of our laundry. Now I'll be honest and say we left it downstairs over the weekend on accident, however the manager had no remorse and the management company forced us to take the issue to court and it still has not been resolved after almost 8 months. The parking situation is a joke. There is not parking. Everyone seems to have 3 cars, atleast one of which is broken down, and no one uses their garage to park so guests have to park 5 minutes away at the Tacoma Mall. We will never rent from Dobler management again. They just dont care.
