I live in Redwood Park more than 1 year and I have some opinion about all.well...
1. Parking. Each apartment got only one parking slot. If you have 2 cars it's going to be a big problem for you! You have to park your car near Safeway)))
2. Noise. All neighbors are not too bed, even good! But 2 or 3 times per week at 7 am or 8 am. Come cleaning staff and make a really big noise in the yard. So if you work at night it or got day off, I m sorry about you)))
3. Safety. It s really sucks!!! NO safety! No security!
4 Constructions. All materials are standard cheap.)))
5. Maintenance usually fixed fast and correctly. Good guys!
6. Staff. Office staff is not pure good. The manager is really stranger women. If she has bad mood- it's sucks! And it happens very often almost always. I saw for her she doesn t like old people. Accouter she is nice)).Secretary is really sucks person!!!! In my opinion she must work only with computer and alone, not with people!!!
7. All community is overall 4/10 .
