Royal Oaks Apartments

Nice but... From: caresheilabare Date posted: 12/3/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I lived here for a year and 2 months. The apts are old but in nice shape. We chose to leave because of alot of things I hated that the walls were so thin you could hear babies cry next door, you can hear banging upstairs even when the neighbors were just walking from room to room. One of my biggest things was the laundry facilities they were always full you had to be going downstairs to check if they were open it sucked when i went to the field and got out late cause they were either full or closed and being in the army you constantly have dirty clothes I hated the manager Teresa she acted as if she was listening to you about an issue, when she was actually finding a way to blame you for it I'm serious that lady is crazy. My neighbor next door got his window busted and his class blues stolen and one of my neighbors window was busted in the parking lot at night nothing was stolen but still. We had enough after that. I suggest you not be fooled by the price and the all utilitys paid sign. Go for a gated community.
