No matter where you live your going to have good and bad. Teresa is the worst part about this apartment complex...and she's the apartment manager! She doesn't care about anyone or anything you tell her. She acts as though she's all high and mighty. She's not! No wonder there aren't any 3 bedrooms or town houses available...she lives in one of them.
Rent is cheap sure, but with it being raised everytime your lease is renewed, it's no wonder the all utilities paid sign was taken down. You pay for them now!
Dody in the office is awesome!! No complaints about her...(other then she adds to the gossiping about the residents when Teresa talks about them)
Laundry facility SUCKS. Grounds are amazing, but with they would put that much work into the actual apartment units.
Like I said the grounds are awesome...but racoons are an issue BIG time. We almost had one attack us from the roof when we were on our balcony. Not cool.
Cupboards are falling apart, water sucks along with the water pressure, thin walls. I had an issue last summer with my balcony and me not feeling comfortable on it because the rails were very loose...they said they would have somoen come check it out. Dont know if they ever did. When I asked Teresa about it, she played it off like someone came out and they said it would be fine. The boards are chipping, the paint looks horrible, and needs a whole new coat.
The parking lot SUCKS! There is barely any room to move your car in and out of the stalls without hitting another!!
What would they do if I repainted the balcony hot pink' hmmm...something to ponder.
