First off, the good points. This place has great maintence. You tell them something needs to be fixed and it's fixed within a week. The nieghbors are for the most point nice and quiet. I never had any problems. Now for the bad, the actual management team with the exception of one person sucks. My vehicle was scratched by kids playing in the parking lot. When I told the managers, they didn't care and said that there was nothing they could do. When I told their parent company about the problems, I was having and that I wasn't going to renew my lease, they were like "so what". A month BEFORE my lease was up, I paid my rent on the 5th and gave a 30 day notice, so when I moved out, they tried to say that I paid my rent late (which I had a receipt showing the day I paid because I never trusted them) and kept part of my deposit. I bitched to them and their parent company, Pacific Gem and finally got my money back almost a month later. Then they lied and said it was in the mail and it could take up to a week. When I got the check, it was dated a week BEFORE the post mark. They were trying to keep the money as long as they could to get more interest off it. As long as Pacific Gem is in charge, DO NOT even consider this place. BUt I didn't mention the 2 drive by shootings that happened whle I was there. I was so glad to get out of there. They raise my rent WITHOUT doing anything to the apartment to justify the rent increase.
