The Office staff at these apartments are only there for a paycheck.
You tell them you have bad neighbors and they tell you to deal with it. If you have something to be fixed they take for ever and a day to get it to the maint, team. You can tell them you know for a fact that your neighbors are crack dealers and they do nothing about it even after someone comes into thier apt, and shoot one of the kids living there. If you are a dealer of any kind this is the place to live.
