I moved in a few months ago. The woman in the office, Nicole, told me the staff and everyone on the property works together to make Southern Pines feel like it's own community. I thought that was her way of "selling" me on the property but once I move in I realized the neighbors were great and they quickly became my friends! The resident events are held monthly and the newsletter is done by Nicole so it really reviews all the things going on at Southern Pines. It is really informative. I love living here. If you are looking for a community that you can call home, this is it!
