low rent for a reason

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
I have lived here for over a year, very loud no matter what building you are in. I like the management and they are good about fixing stuff, but sketchy neighbors. Do not live here if you like peace and quiet. Most of the neighbors are in the parking lot drinking or on your steps drinking. Lots of parties, lots of car break ins. If you value your car, not a good choice.
