I have lived at Spanish Hills for over 5 years now.

Speaking from several years of experience I have seen many changes.

As the last review said yes the walls are thin.

But what apartment is'nt.

If you are looking for TOTAL PEACE and QUIET move into a house!!
The new manager who happened to be the assistant manager for a few years is great! And let me just add to the first review NO I DO NOT BELIEVE she is not a drug dealer (if in fact that is who you were refering to'), drug dealers can't handle a big apartment complex like this one, and do a GREAT job at the same time.

Michele was always friendly and profesional when she was an assistant but know that she manages the place shes even better.

The maintanence staff has always been good at what they do.

I get my maintanece requests taken care of with in a day or two and if they don't have the supplies they let me know and come back as soon as they can.
No you can't have a cat or a dog but they do tell you this when you first move in.

Spanish Hills to me is a great place to live!
This review site just seems like a place for people who have been evicted, to have a place to get revenge.

If you have read the other reviews they sound like angry people (notice, they all have lived here over a year.

If you didn't like the place you were living at would you stay a year')
And yes the complex has car burgarys but how many complexes write a letter and tape it to your door to let you know just what's going on out their.

If you live in an apartment complex in Tacoma we all have a chance of getting our cars burglarized, don't you watch the news,(unless of course you have a garage).

The staff is always trying to make improvements and they do! They all seem to be down to earth and honest which is something we are missing in todays society.

They also have a great BBQ and basketball tournament every summer, which I watch from my balcony every year.
The only reason why I found this site is because I have inherated some new family members and have to find a 3 bedroom, otherwise I would continue to stay here until I find a home to buy.

If you are looking for an apartment that is clean when you move in, well maintaned and has a wonderful staff.

Check out Spanish Hills!
The buildings could use a paint job but don't let that fool you.

I have enjoyed beautiful landscaping, the staff and Michele for making me feel at home and not just like some stranger, who's just paying for a place to stay!!! I enjoy my neighborhood!
