Not bad apartments - the neighborhood is just WAY too loud. Sometimes even the night time quiet rules get violated - stupid, unthinking disrespectful people with attitudes. More that that, though, are all the stupid loud yellin' screamin' screeching kids who think that what used to be a tennis court is their playground. That's really lacking in common courtesy by a management who shouldn't allow that and parents who shouldn't allow it either. Anybody ever hear of city parks and school playgrounds' People should allot their own daily times to take their kids elsewhere instead of letting them out where their stupid racket can filter into other people's living spaces. Otherwise, management is usually good at repairing whatever needs to be repaired, so that's good.
