MICE INFESTATIONS, constant sudden FLOODING, unexplained electrical issues, unpersonable staff who doesn't follow through, disgusting laundry facilities (sometimes pranksters put stuff in the machines to ruin peoples clothes or just steal them).

This complex is thoroughly a waste of money!
