Actually from a glance and being a revitalized community, parking was good, area around buildings looked clean however breezeways could use a good scrub down and entry doors need replaced or fresh paint. Or maybe I have been watchng to much HGTV you know... Curb Appeal. Like they say you only get one chance to make a first great impression! Oh trash outside the front door rule need re-enforced People amaze me with that one!
