Manager is Sleezy - Prefers college age single women as tenants. Enters apartments without notification (I have even found porn on my computer and missing money). Ignores most complaints unless against tenants he has had issues with.
Building smells and is in desperate need of maintenance. The cockroaches are small and only pop in for a vistit occassionally.
Apparently you cant make much noise mid day and you certainly cant have company.
My boyfriend parked in a 15 minute load/unload for 5 minutes - we came downstairs to find a note posted on his winshield with... SYRUP.

I live in the St James, and whoever wrote this has it right. The manager is worthless, and he gets off yelling at people like they're his 2 year old kid. DON'T LIVE HERE!

I am with everyone about this place. I live here at these apts but thankfully for only a few more months. The manager is rude and sleezy, and doesn't do a damn thing
