I have visited friends in the St James apartments and I personally think the manager is a very understanding man who has control of his building... It is an old fashion building so you can hear every little thing, but it's a life style... I think the apartments are beautiful and if I could afford to live there myself I would.. I am very sorry for anyone who didn't have a GREAT experience like I do when I visit.
