Nice area, haven?t had any safety issues - feel safe living here. Lots of kids, but not very noisy. Management seems to be on top of apt repairs, but our front door landing area needs cleaning & they haven?t done so. The big drawback is that only SOME of the apartments are high-speed internet or sat. tv dish ready. The in-house cable company they offer is seriously lacking. Check out the availablity of the particular apt before renting if those things are important to you.
