I lived there for six months, and it was horrible.

The other tenants have no respect. They let their children roam free and cause problems, do whatever they want, and get mad at other tenants who complain. I lived on the bottom floor, and the children would constantly knock on my window to bother my cat.

The cleanliness was awful. People would put their garbage bags outside their doors and let them sit for days before walking 20yards to the dumpster. Yuck.

Parking was a nightmare. We had one assigned parking space per unit, and more than once was my spot taken. It was very frustrating.

I had signed a years lease with them, but after 5 months, we couldn't take it anymore. I sent a certified letter to them telling them that these are the issues causing us to leave. We had complained several times, but nothing was ever done to remedy the situations. We ended up not leaving then. We did, however, leave a month later... Because these issues STILL weren't being resolved. Even though we'd sent them that notice, they didn't seem to care. All I was told is that I was breaking my lease... Didn't they technically do that by not paying attention to my complaints' Aren't they supposed to keep the grounds clean and the tenants happy'

I got a hefty $2,000 bill from them as well, being charged for things that were written up by THEIR employee BEFORE I moved in. I finally gave up trying to fight it, and I'm still paying for it. Bad choice moving here. The other tenants are rude, loud, and have no respect for others.
