I moved here in 1999 and the rent has increased by almost $100 with nothing getting fixed. I used to get parking for free and now they make you pay. I have had a rat burrowing through my walls for 2 months and they have yet to remove it. I have had hardly anything fixed and when the fix things they leave a mess behind. (muddy floors, and spackle or dry wall everywhere. The only management that was any good they let go because they were starting to fix apartments. must have cost the owners to much. Their were 2 apt that burned becasue they were meth labs. The sauna has only worked for 2 months since I have lived here. and the weight room is handy downs from evicted tenenants. This place takes the cake, they actually asked if having a Rat for two months is the only reason Im moving out.
