Wow, I am quite surprised at the reviews here at Sunset Ridge. As been a resident here in 1999, this place was falling apart, and the Managers here at the time have not done a thing to improve this place, and their customer service was just terrible. So I moved out and then again moved back here in April 2003. I have noticed a major change in the Managers Customers Service skills they are an awsome team I think! The apperience to the property that I now live in once again, is improving and much nicer than that of before. So as a resident here at Sunset Ridge I beleive this is a safe place to live. I know a few friends that work for the UP Police Department, and they patrol this place alot, and have noticed a change in the Management and the people that live here. So I am not pleased of what some peaple have to say about this place. This isn?t the grand hotel. Com? on people this is apartment living. Not eveyone is going to get along, and be the same. So if you don?t like it I suggest you move else where. Because I really enjoy being here. This is the place I call home!











And for the people that have the mold in their apartment' Open the windows air the place out, and clean the mold and notify the Managers. It doesn?t go away on its own. Have some since here people!











And the parking' Hum, there doesn?t seem to be a problem with parking. Car?s being stolen, I can hardly beleive that happening here. And besides, you really beleive posting a note for a reward is going to work in finding it' If you had a brain maybe you would get the UP Police Department involved in that matter.











So, my conclusion of this place I call home at Sunset Ridge Apartments. All apartment complexs are kinda unsettling where ever you go. I mean, well I use to live in a house. It is uncomfortable living a door from each other. Everybody?s lives are different none are the same! So just have the understanding.









I think the Managers here are wonderful people can?t ask for better' I am greatful to have them here. If they leave I beleive I will leave myself. Never had I had such caring and helping Managers ever! Keep up the great work you guys! My hats off to you, the team here at Sunset Ridge Apartments! Good luck to all the great improvements, I know it takes time and money!
